Sam the Senior *Ethan Avery Photography - Senior Photographer *

Today I had the great privilege of photographing Sam. He is a senior in high school and was an extremely great sport in any and every crazy photography idea that his mother and I threw his way. I met Mrs. Karen last weekend at the Raendeer Market at Alexander elementary. Super great lady and am so excited to get to show her these sneak peeks of her son. Before the shoot I asked Karen to provide me with information such as sports or other interests of Sam's these are what we came up with. Music, plays the guitar, and drums, as well as runs cross country. I hope yall enjoy looking at these as much as I had fun photographing them!

Sam actually drummed a song on these tires...and it sounded pretty good too! :)

Sam will have to let me know if he gets a sudden influx of calls from girls after this shoot! :)

Seven Days New Baby Ivy

Ethan Avery Photography- Richmond/ Katy- Newborn Photographer

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing seven day old baby Landon. Both Landon and his parents were a complete dream letting me try any and every pose and prop with him...and he slept practically the entire time! Normally a newborn shoot is two to three hours but little Landon was so great we got everything done in one hour...what a trooper!!! Congratulations on your growing family! He is just precious!!!

Double Stack of Pancakes...

It all started over a stack of pancakes...
While dining with my family for breakfast, I couldn't help but overhear the family at the next table discussing plans for a new arrival. I glanced at the mom, smiled, and got out of the booth so I could run to my car to get my business card. I really did not want to interrupt their meal but towards the end, I just could not help myself. I introduced myself and gave them my card. We talked for a couple of minutes about how they were expecting a DOUBLE STACK! TWINS!

They already had one adorable little boy, Mason, so I really hoped they would call once the new ones had arrived. A couple of weeks later I received a call and went right over with my new born props. I will re-post some of my favorites from that shoot.

Today I photographed the Abby and Owen for the second time. They are now seven months old and even cuter than I remembered! I brought over the very same pot I used in their newborn photos so I could get an updated shot for their mommy. There were so many awesome shots from this shoot that it was super hard to pick my favorites...ENJOY!!!!
